Refunds / Exchanges

If, in the unlikely event that you're not happy with your products, we offer a refund / exchange policy within a 28 day period of purchase.

  • All returns must be made within 28 days of the invoice date, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • You are entitled to choose an exchange, repair, refund or credit according to the Consumer Guarantees Act if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, is unsafe or faulty.
  • If no notice to is given within 30 days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
  • It does not constitute as a defect if, in our reasonable opinion, a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to wearing, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. 

 

  • Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or credit or relevent value.
  • If you have recieved Faulty or incorrectly supplied items please contact and we will arrange a return at our cost.
